Procurement Officer job role is coordination with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods to meet stringent timelines of brand launches and re-launches.



Responsibilities:

Quarterly suppliers visit for induction of new resources in order to evaluate their current capabilities and capacities to work with our business.
Developing and maintaining close working relationships with internal and external contacts as appropriate.
Initiate Request For Information, Quotation & Proposal as per requirement and comparative analysis.
Execution of Internal Customers requirements.
Maintain the current pricing & contracts.
Identify opportunities for new and integrated supply agreements
Negotiations with new/existing suppliers resulting in economic savings and increased service levels, and report on these achievements on an annual basis.
Delivering strategic business targets with special emphasis on process improvements.
Enhance own and business partners capability.
