Drive country wide service sales business and generate revenue through parts sale and service contracts as per budget.
Design combined offers/solutions gathering service value in both categories after warranty and POS (Point of Sales)
Correspond and negotiate with foreign Principal (GE Products) for pricing and solution.
Develop & design Service product strategy.
Monitor branch service sales performance by ensuring that they achieve aggregate Service Sales target.
Responsible for P& L and its onward allocation of Budgeting and target assigning to Regional Managers Service.
Assist Manager Service in recovery of service sales receivables in south zone & coordinate/follow up with service sales executive in other zones.
Visit each customer for Service Contracts and Service support of equipment
Ensure implementation of service sales SOPs.
Generate service sales reports includes modality wise Install Base, Install Base under warranty, Install Base under agreement and At large machines/equipment with reasons) on quarterly/monthly basis.
· BE/MS Bio Medical/ Electronics Engineering. MBA would be preferable.
· 5- 8 years of experience in project execution/ services sales/ service contracting with at least 3-4 years
